Using A Rotary T-Shirt Printing Machine


There are two types of t-shirt printing machines: manual and automatic. Manual rotary presses require human labor to move the different screens for each color and to apply ink using a squeegee. They also have different types based on the number of colors they can carry: Four Color, Six Color, and Ten Color.
The automatic t-shirt printing presses, on the other hand, only requires human labor for placing the t-shirts on the platforms under the screens and for taking them off for curing. The automatic rotary t-shirt printing machines have special parts that allow automated application of ink and for rotating the shirts from one color screen to another.

Types of T-Shirt Printing Equipments

T-shirt printing traditionally uses a mesh for screen printing. The textile inks are filtered through the screen using a squeegee, which is a piece of rubber with a wooden handle that is used to push the ink against the mesh. Innovations in t-shirt screen printing, however, have made the process easier and faster with new t-shirt printing equipment, especially the large drying machines that can cure multiple shirts at the same time at a faster rate. A fine mesh with a high resolution is stretched from end to end in a square wood frame. The size will depend on how large the design area is on the t-shirt. Print screens with mesh counts of 160 to 280 can use multi-print standard opacity ink types while those with mesh counts of 230 to 305 can use process colors.
The ink is pushed against the mesh using a squeegee. The firmness of the rubber and the amount of pressure you apply will determine the right flooding of ink on the mesh. Too much will bleed the ink out of the design’s boundaries.

Tee Under Polo Shirt


Question: I always wear a white t-shirt under the polo becouse I just don’t like showing my skin. I’ve seen other people doing the same thing, but my very fashion aware friend told me that t-shirt/polo look is immature. What’s your advice on this?
Answer:
There are good, practical reasons of wearing t-shirt under polo.Keeps sweat out of the polo shirt,You can wear the polo more than once,Not showing any chest hair,Puts more bulk under a slightly large polo.
T-shirt/polo look is also a very in vogue casual look right now since “preppy chic” look is key theme this year. It also gives you an opportunity to experiment with other colors, not just white, to make a contrast/layered look. Just make sure that your t-shirt is body tight, preferably made from cotton/lycra (spandex) combination. Too bulky looks very bad.
On the other hand, if you are 30+, your friend might be right with his objection. If you are somehow able to pull it off – go for it, but prep look shouldn’t be really the look you are trying to� fashion. It will probably just look like trying too hard. For practical purposes you can still wear deep v-neck with your polo so that it is not visible. And for the chest hair, they made a trimmer.

Ad hoc Networks technology was proposed for military communications requirement at the very beginning. Among the previous research in the last few decades, Ad hoc networks is no longer limited to military communications and other special areas. Nowadays, it's becoming a trend to be integrated with mobile communications system to meet the requirement of civilian communications.In this paper, the basic theory of Ad hoc networks is illustrated, and then a simple analysis of difference on routing technology between Ad hoc networks and other communications networks is made. The special requirements of Ad hoc routing technology are enumerated. And then the problems of the current Ad hoc routing protocols are analyzed: such as the distance and vector-based routing protocols don't consider the node-energy impacts on routing, the saving-energy routing protocols are also ill-consideration on mobility of nodes when calculating optimal path which causes high rate of interruption.

In order to improve the algorithm, we proposed a self-adaptive and prediction-based smooth handoff(APBSH) algorithm.
